Mandalas, with their mesmerising repeating patterns, are traditionally seen as symbolic images of the universe, and the process of drawing them can be very relaxing. In this video workshop, Michelle demonstrates how to create two mandalas - one with a black marker on paper, and another using acrylic paints on canvas.
